She’s not exactly our pet, but she visits our house regularly for food and we’ve become really attached to her ❤️🧿

She gave birth to her first kittens last month. For the past few weeks, I’ve noticed that sometimes when I touch her — especially around the lower abdomen/nipple area — she suddenly coughs or reacts strangely. Today it happened three times. I’ve attached a video showing it.

Other than that, she’s eating normally, roaming around, and behaving as usual. She’s also very active outdoors, so it’s difficult to keep her in one place for long...now after I recorded that video she again went outside to roam around

Does anyone know what this could be ?
