Necessity to do surgery?

Hi! I(22M) tore my right knee while skiing back in February. Am considering to do a surgery but now I can walk just fine only feeling a little bit pain after some time. I am not sure if it worth it since my knee can probably heal on its own. Could anyone tell me if it’s necessary to do a surgery in my situation judging on my MRI report? Thank you

  1. Partial ACL tear
  2. Lateral meniscal body and tear.
  3. Marrow edema at lateral tibial condyle, which may represent sequela of contusion injury. No fracture line
  4. Small effusion
