I found what Google says is a Monster Dandelion or some sort of mutation??

Is there any hope of saving this plant? I don’t know much about gardening, so I didnt know if it was salvageable? It looks like someone cut it down with a weedeater. If I can’t save the plant will the seeds produce more monster dandelions or just regular ones? Any advice would be appreciated!!
