I enjoy watching channels that focus on motorcycle mechanics. Restorations are appreciated as well, but I really like when the mechanic talks about the motorcycles they are working on, whether it's preventive or corrective maintenance, detailing the work through to solving a specific issue. I follow one of the best mechanics in Brazil called Madeira Performance (unfortunately, it's all in Portuguese). He talks about all the motorcycles he is working on during the week, giving details about all the cases, what the issues are, and the process to fix them.

Do you have any recommendations for good channels with this kind of content in English (or maybe Portuguese), regardless of nationality?
