Hello all, me and my soon to be wife are going to purchase our first duplex, we do not have an exact one ready to go YET. But just wanted to get others advice on what steps I should take, what we should do to avoid any issues, and for us to have the smoothest purchase.
Looking to hear everybody’s tips, and experiences with your first purchase, or if you are in my shoes, I would like to hear what you know.
I am VERY new to real estate.
