Feedback on my full body routine?

I have been training for almost 3 years, and have been running this split for around 3 months, pretty happy with it. 5'9" F and 168lbs, cutting from 175 lbs, goal is 160 lbs. Also, the focus is on legs, and I have no exercises on very masculine areas (upper back, side and rear delts, neck/traps).
Reps are always between 5 and 10. RIR 0 for everything, except spinal erector stuff, which is 1 RIR.

Monday

4 x sissy squat (2 min)

3 x sldl (2.5 min)

4 x Superset preacher curl machine + db oh extension (2 min)

3 x Hack squat wide feet (2 min)

5 x Decline crunch (1.5 min)

2 x dip machine (2 min)

Wednesday

5 x nordic curls (2 min)

4 x hack squat tip toes (2 min)

4 x bb reverse curl (1.5 min)

4 x flat bench press (2 min)

4 x Jefferson curl (2 min)

4 x sl leg press (2 min)

4 x smith machine side bend (2 min)

Friday

4 x sl leg extension (2 min)

4 x hip thrust machine (2 min)

4 x bb preacher curl (1.5 min)

4 x cable oh extension (1.5 min)

3 x sumo deadlift (2 min)

5 x decline crunch (1.5 min)

2 x dip machine (2 min)

Sunday

5 x seated leg curl (2 min)

4 x pistol squat (2.5 min)

4 x bayesian curl (1.5 min)

4 x chest fly machine (2 min)

4 x back extension (2 min)

4 x hip thrust machine (2 min)

4 x smith machine side bend (2 min)
