Hey everyone,

I’ve hit a total wall with my OneDrive for Business account and I’m hoping someone here has a workaround that doesn't involve waiting 3 days for my IT department to respond

The Situation:

  • Storage: 100% full. I can't even send Teams messages with attachments anymore.
  • The Error: When I try to delete anything (files or folders), I get: "Request was cancelled by event received. If attempting to delete a non-empty folder, it's possible that it's on hold."
  • The Twist: I was able to delete files just fine last week.

What I’ve tried:

  1. Deleting individual small files instead of folders (Same error).
  2. Emptying the Recycle Bin and Second-Stage Recycle Bin (Same error
