One night I felt gross and deleted my accounts, but the following night I gave up. To reduce my usage, ive decided I can only use it in the morning and at night, and I hope to reduce it until it becomes too annoying
Specifically, from when I wake up to 10 am, I let myself use it (I sleep in, so its not as long as it sounds) and say ill use it from 9:30 to when I fall asleep.
Thats 12.5 hours of doing other things, which sucks BUTT on the weekends but feels a lot less hard than full stopping.
I dont want to di this forever, but if I dont take it slow, ill keep relapsing.
