Need Career Advice from Working Moms

Hi All, so I currently have a 16 month old and I am a full time working mom. I am the primary breadwinner and we could not survive or pay the mortgage without my job. I started this job 8 months ago when my baby was 8 months old. I was in my previous job for 3 years and left the company for a remote job. My commute was 1.5-2 hours one way at the old company! However, the catch is that the remote job is actually extremely stressful and I find that I am drained after work and have nothing left to give to my family. Last night my husband told me that I am lazy and he does everything around the house (which he does). I feel like I have a lot on my shoulders being the breadwinner and working a very stressful job. I am not sure what to do since we need this job but it is negatively impacting my family and mental health. Also, I want so desperately to be a SAHM but as I mentioned, it is not feasible for my family right now. To add fuel to the fire, my mom is my primary childcare and we often get into disagreements while I am working which just causes me more stress. Any thoughts or advice on my current situation? I really need to find a way out or a way to improve it….
