There's an old Heatilator in the condo I moved into. I asked a fireplace tech to come service it. He reported that the burner was cracked and warped, and to keep an eye on it. For what it's worth the fireplace was apparently made in 2006/2007 and hasn't been serviced much.
I'm wondering how urgently I need to replace the burner and how cautious I should be in the meantime. The original burner is numbered 4031-061. https://www.stove-parts-unlimited.com/heatilator-novus-series-burner-assembly-4031-061-p/4031-061.htm#
I've attached the pictures he took for reference. Thank you so much in advance!!
