My suggestion would be to conduct NEET exam in two stages that is NEET - Prelims and Mains. Since 22 lakh candidates appear for NEET it is hard to make it CBT (computer based exam). Best idea is to use paper based exam for screening out 2.0 lakh candidates so that NEET mains will be the main exam where CBT is possible for 2.0 lakh candidates. Atmost any leak can happen in the prelims so that can be rectified regionally since it is elimination round not selection round. The main selection round will be utmost secure and fool proof. There will not be any need for avlwarding extra marks or re-exam at any stage. All your suggestions are welcome.
