I wouldn't be your typical person to go out and ask people in my community (or people from all around the world at that) for help because I'm too stubborn and hard headed. But the situation I'm in, I kinda have no choice. Long story short. The guy I used to date became abusive. While he was asleep one night, I had a friend come pick me up. The only things I took with me (besides the clothes on my back) were my two cats and cell phone. No jacket and no shoes and just left. Moved in with whom I thought was a "good friend". Months went by and it seemed like everything was hunky dory...so I thought. Because I'm not the "social type" and keep myself more or less isolated, I got ridiculed and belittled. And since it wasn't my house I couldn't complain very much about a**holes leaving the door open and letting my two girl cats out all the time. Well, both got pregnant. So with both of them having their babies, my "good friend" decided to let me know, in the middle of the night on Monday, that I had to leave, right then right there. Yes, I was paying him rent when I was working two days out of the week, paying for his dog's food, cleaning his house and doing his yardwork. Oh let's not to mention preparing and cooking him food every night. So now, my cats are in these two large size dog crates at my ex's cousin-in-laws place until my kittens are rehomed or until I find somewhere to go. On top of that I'm dealing with my abusive ex who thinks we're going to get back together because I called him up and he was the only one who answered the phone the other night and helped me out. I legit have no cat food or cat litter. That's the main reason why I'm posting. I truly need some cat food for my babies. Please anything will honestly help at this point. I can give two shits about me, as long as they're fed.
