I recently moved my salary account to HSBC and became eligible for Premier Banking, so I applied for the Premier Credit Card. After e-sign the application form shared by HSBC, there have been absolutely no updates. It’s been more than a week now, and there’s no way to track the application status online.
Trying to get support through chat or customer care has been even more frustrating. For every single request, they simply arrange a callback. a callback that never actually comes. LOL.😂
Anyone faced such issue with them ? How you guys tracked your premier CC application?
