My current PC is currently around 9 years old, sporting a B250M motherboard, an i5-7400, a GTX 2070SUPER (Found used last year and I couldn't pass on it) and 16gb DDR4 RAM

Given the ongoing situation I'm considering to avoid buying DDR5 RAM for the moment, but I'm not sure if that makes sense. What do you guys think?
