Hi, I currently live at the Mark Knoxville and am looking to hand over my lease for the summer

- Fully furnished
- ~10 minute commute to campus (and has bus stops nearby if you don’t drive)
- Amenities (pool, pet spa, gym, etc)
- Current rent is about $1,000-1,200 a month
- The girls living here are super welcoming and chill, you’ll have your own private bedroom and bathroom so no need to share

Move in date: June 15th
Lease end date: August 13th
