For two months already, my mom hasn't been able to log back into chime. She tries to log in and first it keeps saying "before logging in, she still needs to sign up". So she does the whole thing again and then right after when she gets the security code and puts it in to either the website or the app it just says "looks like you have an account please sign in". I cant even contact customer support without logging in so how am i supposed to do that to do it????
