I have dandruff. is this an okay use of shampoo?
So I will be using Selsun Blue, Head & Shoulder, and some Mild shampoo (palmolive).
The rotation for the week will be: Selsun > H&S > Mild shampoo > Selsun > H&S > Mild shampoo > no shampoo/mild shampoo since my head is sweaty.
Are three different shampoo throughout the week okay? Will the rotation remove my dandruff? Is there some changes that have to be made? what else should I keep in mind?
