I've been thinking about creating my first online course and realized I have no idea how to approach the structure. How do you decide how many modules to have, what goes in each one, what order to put things in, before you've made anything? Do you use a specific tool, a template, just a Google Doc? Everything I find is either about the hosting/delivery side or just generic "break it into modules" advice with no real detail. Curious what your actual process looks like, especially if you've done more than one course.
