I just came out of my orchiectomy, went well, went home just a couple hours later. I've been reading up on my results as I finally have the healthcare portal thingy.
My CT from about 2 weeks ago showed a 17x11mm lymph node in the left inguinal region, which is the opposite side as where the mass was. The report and my urologist both say it's atypical for cancer. I had a second ultrasound following the CT, and there it said I have a few nodes that measure 3.3x1.5x0.6mm with fatty hilum, and one that was smaller. Just curious about if these numbers seem normal, as the ultrasound report doesn't mention the 17x11 node, and my surgeon didn't bring it up today either.
Secondly, the ultrasound showed a hypoechoic lymph node that measured 8x8x7mm on the right side. I wanted to ask my surgeon about it but I didn't see him after the surgery so I didn't get a chance. Again, just wanna know if that is generally normal or if it rings any alarm bells?
Thanks guys 🫡
