[TOMT] [Music Video] [90s] Dance music video with Black men singing (call-and-response chorus), sunny beach/boardwalk setting, and women in bikinis dancing

Here's everything I can remember:

The music:

- Genre: somewhat close to upbeat hip-house, dance music

- Performed by a Black male group (duo or small group, there were at least two of them)

- The chorus was a short repeated phrase (a few words), sung as a call-and-response between two men — one with a deeper voice leading, the other with a higher voice answering

- Fun, energetic vibe — not a slow or emotional song

- Definitely not a well-known hit; I heard it once on a VHS compilation tape around 1998–1999 (alongside tracks like Gangsta's Paradise, California Love, and a Seal song) and never came across it again

The video:

- Shot on a sunny beach or boardwalk (possibly Venice Beach, LA — palm trees, concrete promenade, daytime)

- The group is hanging out with dancing girls in bikinis

- Fast, choppy MTV-style editing

- there is a redhead woman in a bikini who dances inside a cage (? not sure if it was a fence of some sort or like a go-go cage ?) — she appears multiple times throughout the video as a recurring visual motif

What it's NOT (already ruled out):

Any ideas?
