2012 street triple, click at low speeds and idling. Feels like it lurches ever so slightly when riding at slow speeds. Can feel click through foot pegs. Any suggestions?

Please help me diagnose these clicks coming from the bike, it happens at low speeds and idling. I can feel the vibration of the clicks through both my foot pegs. Doesn’t feel good riding with the vibration and clicks giving a very slight jolt.

I was supposed to get a sensible sv650 but ended up with a much more exciting triple r. Absolutely love this bike!
