For some context before I start:
I wanted to buy some custom LEGO Star Wars figures from Republic Customs. Then I saw the shipping price of 30 dollars and thought, “Wait, isn’t there a company or something called MyUS where I can just get a subscription service and all my shipping costs are covered by that?”
So I went ahead and tried out their free trial. Now that my LEGOs have arrived at their department or at least at the address provided by MyUS, I sent them the invoice from Republic Customs to confirm that it’s my order and now they want me to pay around 50 bucks for shipping...?!
Could anyone explain to me what I did wrong or what I misunderstood? I’m so confused right now, xd.
I thought the whole point of MyUS was to avoid those really high shipping charges, not to pay double the shipping price?
