Hi yall, it was my 3rd day on opd and I finally got sent to do my first pick walk solo and it turned into me getting stressed and panicked Searching/waiting to find a TL/Coach to come verify the item I’m looking for is not in home/floor all while having customers ask me for help, I was given a radio and a one of those devices that has a scanner built in to pick with and to communicate with my TL’s. my biggest fear factor that happened today is not receiving a response from my TL after multiple attempts to contact them for a NIL item and getting reminded I haven’t picked an item in said amount of time and feeling like I’m not cutout for this and wasted peoples efforts training me.
