Its been 2 weeks and it wont rise more than this point, and its getting less bubbly,
Someone suggested that i do 35g starter, 15g wholewheat, 55g ap flour, 70g water, i did that for few days and its gotten worse and less bubbly, and turns liquidy,
How do i make it rise and bubble more?
Do i leave it for more than 24h?
