Been wanting to transfer to Iloilo for good but I don't know how and where to start. Visited Iloilo last year and I fell in love with the place, the food, the people and the peace the city brings. It's a mix of city and province environment.

Tell me where to start please. Any recommendations where to stay? Diin nami magkuha sang balay? Any red flags nga developers? Areas not easily flooded? Kung condo, ano ang manami nga condo?

And lastly, i-go ko na ba ni? :)
