How many generations-old hardware should be considered for the minimum system requirements of current AAA games?

We are seeing many more games, since 2023, having extremely high system requirements, like the Lego Batman series, and also misleading consumers with the use of words like "frame generation" or "up to 120 FPS," etc.

If you were going to decide on a uniform minimum system requirement for all AAA games, how many generations old should the hardware be, like GPU, CPU, RAM, etc?

I think, regardless of the visual fidelity, all AAA games need to support at least 7-year-old hardware as the minimum system requirements.
