We’re currently 3 people staying in a 2BHK flat in Telecom Nagar (Street No. 20), and we’re looking for 1 more flatmate to share a room (2 people per room setup).

2BHK fully set-up flat
You’ll be sharing a room with 1 person
Chill, working professionals setup

💰 Rent Breakdown:

Previous rent: ₹30,000
After 10% increase: ₹33,000 total
Per person (4 people): ~₹8,250/month

🧹 Other Expenses:

Maid (cleaning + utensils): ₹3,000 total (~₹750 per person)
