Going back to the gym, I’ve took one of Joe Delaney’s progamme and slighlty changed few exercises due to equipments I had:

- Day 1: Bench Press (Smith Machine), Incline Dumbell Row, Chest Fly, Reverse Fly, Biceps Curl
-Day 2: Lat Machine Pulldown, Shoulder Machine Press, Lat Cable Pulldown, Lateral Dumbell Raise, Triceps Pushdown
-Day 3: Goblet Squat, Seated Leg Curl, Leg Extension, Back Extension

Want to make sure that I’m not missing hitting any major muscle groups- but also open to suggestions!
