Hot take: some professions are evolving with the times… and others are just becoming beautifully useless.

There’s a whole category of people whose main skill seems to be nodding in meetings and saying things like “what if we make it more human?”—without actually knowing how to make anything, or say anything, or… do anything.

Creativity? Sure—if you define it as scrolling TikTok, repackaging someone else’s idea, and presenting it like it came down from the heavens during a brainstorm.

It’s honestly impressive. No backbone, no real point of view, but an incredible ability to agree with whoever spoke last. True shapeshifters. Thought leaders of absolutely nothing.

At this stage, it feels less like a profession and more like performance art: a group of people pretending to create, while carefully avoiding any risk, originality, or actual craft.

But hey, as long as the deck looks nice and everyone says “love this,” I guess that’s what matters.
