Do CPAs here hire individuals from India remotely or outsource work to them? I am currently pursuing CA and I'm interested in learning US accounting, taxation and all. But everywhere I see is that Indians are loathed due to their subpar work. Is it possible to get work as Intern or Part time and teach them the rope? Or would you prefer someone already acquainted with the US accounting processes?
