anyone have any experience cure of h.pylori with homeopathy? symptoms mains are throat irritation ,weight not increasing,morning stomach burning relief by normal water

I was diagnosed with h.pylori by endoscopy 1 year ago doctor don't gave antibiotics, gave probiotic then consult many doctor,
Throat irritation, heartburn, regurgitation, morning stomach burning, weight loss
These are symptoms continue, 5 months ago did endoscopy again got negative but i took ppi 5 days ago , then recently try homeopathy 14 days, then took ayurvedic 7 days during taking ayurvedic stomach burning,lose motion occurred so i stopped.
Then pause i month and do stool test and got this negative,
What to do i have reflux symptoms, weight loss, so is it for other reasons
