I'm thinking about writing a fic about an iterator with power production issues (i love my blorbos :3) but I am unsure if the main power sources are the rarefraction cells or from an alternative method. The iterator I am "building" will be a generation 1 era model, though Im not sure if that would even be mentioned in the lore at all. If there isnt any mention of it, what kinds of ways would you think that the superstructures are powered?
