can you see the issue?
I just really wanna know if them not tuning the moped causing overheating and the engine needing a replacement or parts of it needing a replacement

I was looking into my carburetor about the main jet screw and saw a video of my carburetor it shows 4 screws that should be able to be unscrewed and when i tried to unscrew it I wasn't able to because there were no flat or screw points
I assume they botched the carburetor because they first refused to tune the carburetor and or change out the main jet and they also never changed the transmission belt when requested and told them that it was making a gunshot noise when deaccelerating.
I was trying to see what main jet was in the carburetor and I wasn't able to view it I assume they tempered with the carburetor or its a used carburetor either way I can't check the main jet screw or inside the carburetor.
went to get my moped to the shop to get a new carburetor oil change and i just got a new air filter in and currently this is whats happening
Im not sure if the air/fuel needs an adjustment the carburetor size is too small and needs a size up
currently this is a honda clone moped 200cc (168cc)
after they installed the new carburetor it started to drive slower and I haven't had to fill up on gas all day after driving consistently for 6hours full throttle
at this time i went to check the idle and adjusted it so it was tuned perfectly just before the rear wheel turns or rotates
I looked on youtube for the air/fuel screw but I cannot adjust it because I don't have the tools for it.
Before i did all this i was doing doordash last night and it would make Loud Popping sounds like a gunshot I would take it to the shop and they told me it was the air filter needing to be replaced i did that and some guy told me i shouldn't worry about it and put premium gas in it instead of the rated 87 octane normally i do 90 E Free gas at sheets because its cheaper and its E free assuming it makes it better for the tank idk? (my friend who has a motorcycle told me to run E free)
I never had any issues running 90 E free on it for 4000 Miles so.... I need advice on what i should do when I do take it to the shop what should I tell them and if it's fixable by myself what should I do to fix it.
(Edit) If a moped/scooter shop that specializes in mopeds fails or damages my moped even farther can they get sued for damages to the motorcycle itself? and if so how can I or what should I do to have evidence.
