






Bulk, Recomp, or Cut?
Stats: 24F, 5’2”, 119lbs, Training for 4 years, 6x a week (PPL/Arnold split)
Just finished a 15 week cut from 129 lbs to 119 lbs and am transitioning to maintenance for at least a month or two to shake off the diet fatigue. But I’m not sure where to go after.
Despite being the leanest I’ve ever been, I still feel like I could stand to lose a bit more. At the same time, I’m starting to see weak points where I want to build more muscle (my legs are small, ik 🥲). So I’m torn between 3 options:
Long maintenance / slow recomp: stay here a while, see what happens
Mini cut: final push to drop the last few lbs of fat, then start a bulk
Bulk: accept where I’m at and prioritize muscle growth
