Home charging issues

I have a SPX home level 2 charger which stops working after about 3 mins each time. My other EV's charge fine. I called Hyundai technical support and I swear this guy had no brain. I told him-It charges fine at a public station but it refuses to charge at home. He kept asking me over and over again-what is your STATION ID. I kept telling him I'm at home and there is no station ID. So I asked him numerous times-what do you mean station ID? I swear the guy must be one of the dumbest person's I had to deal with. I finally hung up. It's so ridiculous to call like Hyundai customer service and it seems they're all clueless. They're automated systems is horrible it keeps asking the same thing and when you finally get someone of the phone the intelligibility is so bad, you can't understand what they're saying along with they're horrible phone system. Being a Korean company, I would expect so much more. You call Toyota and it's so much better in every way. I'm also regretting getting an EV- what a joke. I would rather pay $6 per gallon of gas then deal with these idiots.
