Hey everyone… just a bit of background: F(30) just got diagnosed with LS last week during my first real routine gyno check up. The second she looked at me she said I have LS and second opinion confirmed as well. I started clob treatment a few days ago. (1x a day for 4 weeks and then 2x a week until next check up)

My issue (and I assume the reason I got diagnosed so late) is that I’m asymptomatic. No itching, tearing, bleeding, discomfort, loss of feeling etc. never had any as far as I can remember. However, somehow the LS has progressed A LOT and I have very significant structural loss (almost no labia minora, and completely covered/fused clitoris).

How do I track progression going forward? How do I know if I’m having a flare? How do I know if it’s getting better/worse?

I see people suggesting preventative measures, but nothing “flares” me up, so I don’t know what to do and what to avoid to prevent progression of my LS. Do I just continue my regular day-to-day and hope the clob is enough? Can I still wear my regular clothes and do my regular activities?

Hoping there’s others in similar situations that can share some wisdom…
