When should I pick these? I'm quite unsure since a lot of these have just been growing with their caps semi-opened with no veil to indicate maturity. The main one im not sure about is the middle curved one since it also grew with an open cap and no veil (though I've noticed the black spores in the cap starting to produce just about today/yesterday)

Besides that are my mushrooms looking healthy? For example mushroom on pic 3 ripped its own stem up a little bit and some mushrooms have gotten slightly fuzzy caps (should I remove those?)

The smell seems completely fine, no unpleasant odors just the usual earthy smell

What should i do? I planned to make a moisture dome with microtape filters from a plastic container to replace my zip bag for better air exchange and better moisture retention, but I'm worried that these might not be good?

Does anyone have a recommendation for ways to dehydrate shrooms without a dehydrator? I'm growing from a relatively small tub so I'm not getting a lot to dehydrate and I was planning to do so in a slightly opened oven on the lowest setting for a few hours and then pop em in food containers filled with rice to get them fully dry, could that potentially work without wasting too much potency? If not, what other diy methods could I use and how long would those take?

Sorry for the shitty pics, couldn't get better ones. Basically from what I can see there's a bunch of these little pins growing and im wondering how long should these approximately take to grow since I'm going to have to leave the house in a day or two for a couple of days and I'd like to know if I should get someone to take care for em if they'll be done before I get back.
