New to ladder need help choosing a team
Hi!
I’m new to ladder. I’m a 36yo female, mom, business owner. 5’2”. 185 lbs, hoping to lose about 40 lbs. The gym is my “me time” and I can usually go 3-4 days a week, but sometimes need to exercise at home. I had been working with a virtual coach for over a year so I know what I’m doing, but after spending an absurd amount of money and time on that, I barely saw any weight loss results so I’m giving ladder a try.
I am looking for a program that has strength or interval and cardio. Has anyone who has struggled with weight loss seen results with one of these teams? Nothing too hard on the joints like HIIT. I’ve seen running and treadmill, but can you sub these for bike or elliptical?
