Anyone know what machine or method I can do to produce this beautiful connection of a cylindrical riser to a hole in a metal substrate?
Material is 24 ga galv steel. I am trying to build a sub base for flashings.
It looks to me like it got folded over and crimped but I am not too well versed in fabrication or sheet metal working.
