ULTRASOUND:
Breast ultrasound findings: The region of palpable concern, the upper- outer quadrant, and axilla were evaluated with ultrasound. At the site of palpable concern there is an irregular hypoechoic mass measuring 1.8 x 1.4 x 1.2 cm correspondina to the mammographic finding in guestion Incidentallv noted benign simple cyst at 2 o'clock 8 cm from the nipple measuring 1.1 cm. No abnormal lymph nodes in the axilla. Left breast mass is highly suggestive of malignancy.
