I’m joining NMIMS (Core program) and looking for a flat/flatmates near campus.

Preferences: • Budget: ₹20k (up to ₹25k if cook & maid included) • Move-in: June (flexible within the month) And I'm currently staying in Mumbai only (Thane) • Flat type: 2BHK (shared room) • Location: Within 10–15 mins of NMIMS

About me: I’m clean, responsible, and prefer a well-maintained living space. I’m vegetarian, non-smoker, and non-drinker (okay if others do occasionally, but not inside the room).

Looking for: Open to both—joining a pre-occupied flat with vacancy or teaming up with people to find a flat together.
