best way to troubleshoot autopatch not updating intune devices? Have a few saying windows updates not available same model, same OS as rest of fleet.

Windows Update log says it’s been offered update for 42 days nothing shows up. We pushed out a new app a week ago and it didn’t get pushed down. Concerned it’s a PRT issue but I’ve checked the WU reg keys. Anything to get this machine and a few others back in line?
