Hey fellow gluten free people, just wondering if anyone else has had trouble finding the loaves of Schar bread lately. I emailed Schar and they told me to use the store locator or buy online. I told them I wasn't a fan of having to buy 8 packages from them and the store locators dont tell you if the actual bread is in stock. I've gone half an hour outside of my usual radius on a schar bread hunt and still haven't found any. Anyone know what may be going on? I can only eat Tapioca free bread so I can't have any other brands beside Schar, if there is another one, I would love to know about it. I also used my breadmaker for the second time in an effort to make a loaf and it was so dry..any tapioca free bread recipes would also be of help. Thanks.
