just wanted to put it out there that you should be very careful with your preply purchases. i've never felt the need to talk this way about a company until preply.
i canceled my subscription ages ago. and they have still charged my account for the lessons. there were two additional charges that came out of nowhere, not just one. i assumed there was some glitch, so i just asked the customer service for help. when i talked to the customer support, they claimed that they would refund, but ended up charging me an additional $15.
i don't want to talk bad about this site, but it is so ridiculous. and as i am reading online, i am not the only person who had this happened to them.
please watch your subscriptions and purchases after signing up for lessons.
