My betta has been in treatment for about a month and he was showing signs of full recovery, alert and happy and scales back down

I kept him in a little longer because I noticed he had a minor amount of bloat and he continued to be fine but I found him on the floor of his hospital tank today, struggling to swim and breathe

I have no idea what’s going on, he was doing so well. Can someone please help
