  1. Eating way too little and then ending up overeating later
  2. Skipping meals thinking it’ll speed up weight loss
  3. Cutting carbs completely and then struggling to sustain it
  4. Not eating enough protein and feeling hungry all day
  5. Doing very intense workouts and getting burned out after a week or two
  6. Expecting fast results and getting discouraged too quickly
  7. Stressing over every calorie and every fluctuation on the scale
  8. Ignoring sleep and stress while focusing only on food
  9. Trying every random PCOS “hack” they see online
  10. Thinking they failed, when the approach just wasn’t realistic long term

Honestly, I’ve noticed PCOS weight loss becomes much more manageable when the focus shifts from extremes to consistency.
Which one do you relate to the most?

I’ve noticed a lot of people struggle with hitting their protein goals consistently, especially with busy schedules, cravings, or limited meal options.
Curious what’s actually working for people here — meals, snacks, protein shakes, anything.
