Heya, added games to steam using steam ROM manager, but the game doesn't launch. If I remove the launch options (i.e. the path to the rom) it launches melonDS fine, so the sh script isn't the issue afaict. Adding the game ROM in launch options means melonDS will seemingly launch (it will appear in the launch bar as an open window), but no window is actually visible.

Information:

Device: legion go

Distro: cachy-os

DE: Gnome (not using gamescope/steam gaming mode)

So.. after trying out Bazzite and steamOS I'm starting to get frustrated with the immutability of both OSs. I want to try out CachyOS, but the restriction of only being able to use KDE is frustrating (ironically, given that it's the default for SteamOS and Bazzite, it's not a particularly touch-friendly interface).

What would I lose out on if I were to just install the desktop edition on my handheld, and are there workarounds for this? Alternatively, am I better off just forcing a different DE onto the handheld edition?
