I’m looking for some insight on my NIW case under premium processing.

USCIS received my RFE response on March 11 for well-postsion, so the 45-day premium processing deadline should have been around April 25. Today is April 28 and I still haven’t received any update. I am now at 48 days.

Has anyone experienced a delay beyond 45 days after responding to an RFE under premium processing? What usually happens in this situation — approval, denial, or just delay?

For context, my RFE was mainly about the well-positioned prong, and I submitted additional evidence including recommendation letters and professional experience.

I’d really appreciate hearing about similar timelines or outcomes.
