I do 3 sets of 10 reps for all of my workouts, I end up failing on the third set usually but i’ve heard that i should be doing 1 set or 2 sets of 8 or 10 instead and that i’m causing fatigue to my muscles, Is this true? And if so then what should i be doing instead
