Hello everyone,

I was thinking about our dear Doctor's life and what kind of events might have impacted his worldview. The result was this small lyrical endeavor that does include vague head canons, since we do not know much more about his youth for now.

Disclaimer: a bit of angst and no rhymes.

Who learned that his physical form hinders his mind and spirit.
“I need to reject the limits of the body.”

>There was a youth without family
Taken in by strangers
Who learned that love was conditional.
“I cannot rely on anyone.”

>There was a young man of academic excellence
Branded a sinner by his peers and elders
Who learned that trust leaves one vulnerable.
“… Goodbye, Sohreh.”

>As he lived, he was driven by questions
Burning painful marks into his soul.
“How does this world work?”
“Who chooses the rules we live by?”
“Why… Why…? Why?”

>“Why am I like this?”

>“Who claims authority over this world’s destiny?!”
“If Gods create predetermined fates,
Then I myself shall become a God and break free from mine!
Perhaps then I can prove myself worthy of acceptance.”

Lonely in all of them
Who learned that this world is loathsome and rotten.
“I have become the calamity upon this world.”

During the current Livestream event in the Planarcadia Live Linkup, Ashveil was asked why he refused an acting role.
This was his response: "Nope to all. I just can't deal with the detective having a romance subplot with another ploo."

To which Evanescia answered: "Pfft... Come on, detective, what age did ya think we're in? Time to embrace a little diversity."

I thought ploos were a species? Why would this be problematic in his eyes? It makes so little sense and I just hope this wasn't a nod to him being against certain relationships...

With the Bosses I got and with Ashveil added to the roster, I couldn't help but go for a FuA Team once again.

A Triple S victory in Currency Wars with 7 Follow-Up emblems. The squad consisted of a 3 Star Dr. Ratio, a 3 Star Aventurine, 2 Star Cipher, Robin, Cerydra and Ashveil, as well as a Fei Xiao, Dan Heng PT and an Evernight.

Dr. Ratio took the top spot in the damage statistics with 361.5M, closely followed by the Follow Up Attack damage of 354.3M. The squad retained full HP.
